Sub-processors

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Aventide uses a small number of companies to run the service. When one of them handles personal data that you put into Aventide about your clients and contacts, it is a sub-processor. Our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) explains the rules they follow.

How we tell you about changes. Before a new sub-processor starts handling your clients’ data, we update this page and email the account owner at least 15 days ahead. You can object by emailing support@aventide.ai within those 15 days (see DPA Section 8).

Where data lives. We run Aventide in the United States and keep our database there. Uploaded files are stored with Cloudflare R2. Some providers below run global networks; the “Where” column says what we know.
