How it works

1 / They book and pay.

Clients pick a time on your booking page and pay in full or a deposit as they book, through your own Stripe account. Aventide adds no fee of its own. Your refund rule is shown before they pay.

2 / They answer your questions.

Up to 10 intake questions per session type: goals, birth details, a consent checkbox. The answers stay on the booking.

3 / You meet.

Each booking gets a Zoom or Google Meet link, or your address. Clients get email confirmations and reminders, and can reschedule or cancel within the notice you set.

Notes, a recording you add, a worksheet, an invoice: each client has a portal in your branding.

What Aventide does not do yet: packages with sessions left, a no-show fee charged to a saved card, recurring weekly slots, text message reminders. If one of these decides it for you, Acuity Scheduling or Paperbell may fit better today.
