Who it’s for
Who Aventide is for
Which page is for me?
It depends on how the money moves.
Clients book a time and pay when they book: a reading, a lesson, a coaching call
You agree the work and the price first, then get paid as the project goes
You run two businesses, or more
Do both? Start with either page. Sessions and projects can sit in the same business, and each business you add keeps its own clients, brand and Stripe account.
You sell your time in sessions: clients book, pay, answer your questions and see what you share in a portal.
Tutors and personal trainers: start with the sessions page.
You agree the work first and get paid over the project: proposals, e-signed contracts, deposits, invoices and portals.
Developers and agencies: start with the projects page.
One Aventide login for every business you run. Each keeps its own clients, branding, portal and Stripe account.
Who is Aventide not for?
Aventide is not for clinical or health records, and it is not HIPAA compliant. It is not a course, membership or content platform, and it is not accounting software; it connects to QuickBooks. Everything it does not do today is listed on the page of official facts about Aventide.
