FOR CONSULTANTS
You do the consulting. Aventide runs the practice.
Engagement letters, invoices, follow-ups and every client's history, in one place. Aventide drafts the work around the work, and you approve anything before it reaches a client.
The part of the week nobody bills for
A proposal half-written in three places. A retainer invoice that goes out late because nothing reminded you. A referral email you meant to answer on Tuesday. None of that is the consulting, but all of it decides whether the consulting gets paid for, and whether the next client comes in.
STEP ONE
From discovery call to engagement letter
Paste in your call notes and ask Aventide to draft the engagement letter on your own contract template. You read it, change what you want and send it for e-signature. You countersign before anything goes out.
STEP TWO
The retainer invoice that doesn't slip
Send invoices from the client's room. Clients pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through your own Stripe account, and by bank transfer (ACH) if you turn it on in Stripe. When an invoice goes overdue, Aventide drafts the follow-up and waits for your yes before it sends. Aventide takes 0% of what your clients pay you.
STEP THREE
Every client in one room
Client email comes into one inbox from your connected Gmail, and each client has a room with their documents, invoices, contracts, notes and to-dos. When a client asks where something stands, open their room.
STEP FOUR
What needs you on Monday morning
The daily brief opens with what needs you: approvals waiting, invoices that are overdue, today's bookings and your to-dos. Approve the drafts it has ready from the brief, or from the assistant on WhatsApp, Slack or Telegram. Then close it and do the work.
