Short answer

Aventide schedules and publishes social posts from a calendar in the Marketing workstation. It posts to LinkedIn (your profile or a company Page), Facebook Pages, Instagram through a linked Facebook Page, Threads, TikTok and YouTube. You write a post once, adjust it for each network and pick a time, and it goes out at that time. Ask Sidekick for the copy and Aventide drafts it from the audience, offer and voice in your Brand Kit. A post Aventide drafts in chat goes on your calendar only when you confirm it. Each business has its own calendar and accounts, and you switch between businesses from one menu under one login. Every plan includes unlimited businesses.

What the marketing calendar does

Write once, then adjust for each network

Pick the accounts a post should go to and write the copy once. A live preview shows the post on each network, in that network's layout with its character limit, and the count turns red when a version runs long. Open one network's tab to change its words, or to use different images on that network only.

Aventide drafts the copy, you decide

Type a line about the post, pick your accounts and click Draft with AI. Aventide writes a version for each network from your Brand Kit, and Improve rewrites one version. Or ask Sidekick for a post in the app: it shows you the copy, accounts and time, and Aventide schedules it only when you confirm.

Each business keeps its own calendar and accounts

Every business you run has its own calendar and its own social accounts, up to 10 per network, so a post scheduled in one business only goes to that business's accounts. Switch businesses from one menu and the calendar reloads for the one you picked. Accounts belong to the business, so your whole team can post to them.

See what didn't go out, and why

Needs attention lists posts that failed, were missed or are waiting for your OK. A post that fails for a passing reason is tried up to 4 times. One that can't go out within an hour of its time is marked Missed instead of posting late. Retry sends it again, and your Daily Brief tells you when a post failed or was missed.

How to schedule a social post in Aventide

Connect a channel

Open Marketing, then the Channels tab, and click Connect account. Pick Facebook & Instagram, LinkedIn (personal), LinkedIn Page, Threads, YouTube or TikTok, then sign in. The account shows in Channels with its connection health. Facebook & Instagram needs a Facebook Page, and LinkedIn and Threads show a Reconnect by date when their login is close to expiring.

Write it, or let Aventide draft it

On the Calendar tab, click New post and pick your accounts. Write the copy yourself, or type a line about the post and click Draft with AI. Add photos, or a video for TikTok and YouTube. You can also ask Sidekick in Think: "Draft a LinkedIn post about our new offer."

Schedule it on the calendar

Pick a date and time and click Schedule, or click Publish now to post at once. The post sits on the calendar in Month, Week or List view, and you can move or edit it until it goes out. A time that has already passed is refused, so nothing gets scheduled into the past by mistake.

Approve, and it posts

In chat in the app, Sidekick shows you the post, the accounts and the time; ask for changes, then confirm, and the post is scheduled. At that time Aventide publishes it to each account and shows each channel's status. If one fails, click Retry.

What social media scheduling costs

Social media scheduling is on both plans, like every feature: Starter is $39 a month and Pro is $99 a month, each with unlimited businesses and unlimited team members. Doing things yourself never uses credits. Only the AI's work does. Writing, scheduling and publishing posts yourself is free; Draft with AI, Improve and asking Sidekick in chat use AI credits. Starter includes 40,000 credits a month and Pro 120,000.

Questions about social media scheduling

Which social networks does Aventide post to?

Six: LinkedIn, as a personal profile or a company Page; Facebook Pages; Instagram, through the Facebook Page it is linked to, with a photo or video on every post; Threads; and TikTok and YouTube, which take video only. Each business connects its own accounts, up to 10 per network. Aventide doesn't post to X, Pinterest or Bluesky.

Does Aventide post to social media for me automatically?

Yes, once you schedule a post: it goes out at the time you set. When Aventide drafts a post in chat, Sidekick shows you the copy, networks and time, and nothing is scheduled until you confirm. Anything Aventide drafts for a client waits for your approval; automations you switch on run on their own.

Can I schedule social posts for more than one business in Aventide?

Yes. Every business you add sits under the same login with a calendar and connected accounts of its own, and one menu moves you between them. Starter and Pro both include unlimited businesses, and each business can connect up to 10 accounts per network, such as two Instagram accounts. A post only goes to its own business's accounts.

Can I schedule Instagram posts without a Facebook Page in Aventide?

No. Aventide connects Instagram through the Facebook Page it's linked to, and it has to be a Business or Creator account. Meta lets apps post only to Pages, so a personal Facebook profile or a Group can't be connected. If you have no Page yet, Facebook lets you create one for free. Every Instagram post needs a photo or video.

Can my team schedule social posts in Aventide?

Yes. Social accounts belong to the business, not to the person who connected them, so everyone on your team can write and schedule posts to them. Both plans include unlimited team members. Each person's Gmail and Google Calendar stay their own; only the social accounts are shared.

Do I still need Buffer or another social media scheduler with Aventide?

It depends on your networks. Buffer's pricing page lists 12, including Pinterest, X, Bluesky, Mastodon and Google Business Profile, with a free plan for up to three channels and paid plans billed per channel (as of October 12, 2026). If Aventide's six networks cover you, your posts sit with your clients and invoices at no extra cost.

We make Aventide, so weigh our take accordingly.
